2 Months, 2 Weeks Post Op (Lip Lift) WORTH IT

I’m not sure why the site won’t let me update (worth it, not worth it, unsure) I think my lip lift with Dr. Mascaro was definitely worth it. I have not done any scar treatment, gels or steroids. The only products I have used on my incision is Anti bacterial ointment and Vaseline.

One month, 3 Days Post Op. Lip Lift
I am very pleased with my results! I’m starting to smile more (involuntary) of course. All is going well. I may get Kenalog shots in the next week or so. I feel fine to be in public and I think my incision site is impressive. Given, I heal so terribly. Dr.M is great at this, simply great!

Okay seriously, that just made my day, hell my month. I also thought to myself. Do I look more youthful? Asking a friend is pointless lol. The fact that you mentioned it is a bit of confirmation lol. Most people think I got lip injections. Some are like you cut into your face for nothing but a scar. A lot think I look innocent/cute. At the end, I feel more confident. Particularly with my side profile.

You look absolutely amazing! I have been following your journey and I am in awe of the results. I concur you do look younger and innocent. I plan to get my lip lift early next year along with a genioplasty for my recessed chin. Maybe I'll document as you have. I also have full lips and am of African descent, so seeing your results has really sold me. Best of wishes.

23 Day Post Op. Dr. Miguel Mascaro
Hello all, I think my scar is looking okay. (I think) On my left nostril, the outer corner I have a raise, it looks like a pimple but it’s not. I hope it smoothens out. I woke up and realized that I slept on the right side of my face last night :( I was pretty upset with myself. It actually hurt. I have some before and after photos along with the gel Dr. M sent me pre op. I also posted some skin care products I’ve been using since the surgery. Next week, I will do a one month update, then a update once a month for twelve months. I hope this review was informative and helpful. I may have gone over board with post op care but I couldn’t take any chances. I’m few days past the three week mark and I’m still eating with forks, washing my face and mouth with gentle products and eating soft food. I can’t wait to bite into a slice of pizza or have sushi without straining my face - __-

I feel u, I can’t wit to eat a burger lol. You looked beautiful before and after, can I ask why you measured before and after? I read you took off 8.5mm just wondering what the end measurement is :)

My skin turned to crap at 26. Now, I can’t take care of it as I usually do because of the incision lol. People kept inboxing me about what I use to wash my face Post op so I decided to take a photo of everything lol
Your skin is just beautiful! It’s like a porcelain doll. Your arsenal of products are obviously working! And, you are very young still, and not yet fighting Mother Nature. Lol
