It’s been 12 days and I wold be loved I have added regular updates but my review only went live today.
Nevertheless there is nothing much to document. The healing process was quite easy for me although my nose tip looked like a little piggy for about a week and there was a lot of numbness but no pain at all.
Regular cleaning of the site s instructed by Kamol hospital made the recovery and swelling subside quite quickly. Eating wasn’t a problem either.
I was quite realistic with the outcome I wanted and I’m very pleased with how much shorter my philtrum is now.
I will update more pictures once I put in makeup and can smile fully.
The one upside I want to stress on is the bedside manner of this particular surgeon. Dr Parin is such a conscientious and friendly person. He took his time explaining everything to me at the initial consultation and answered all my questions. He even offered to repair a depressed scar I had on my nose tip from a previous open rhinoplasty done elsewhere. He said he was going to be “in that general area” and he would like to see an improvement of that scar as it would be related to my lip lift scar. He even advised using some of the excised tissue to fill the area and raise the depressed area and he offered to do it for free!
So I was very happy that he fixed that as well.
I was awake during he procedure apart from numbing injections as I’m not comforted with sleep drugs but it was a great experience. He added injections whenever I thought I felt bit of pain and said to keep informing him if I felt anything as the main goal was for me to be pain free. He explained every step as he worked on and was really pleasant and kind all the way through. It’s not an exaggeration to say that this is one of the best, nicest surgeons I’ve been under and I was touched by his manner.
Now just waiting for the numbness and swelling to subside and scar care.

I’ve been wanting a lip lift for a few years now after realizing my upper Lift was getting droopier with age and just wanted overall better harmony with my features.
After reading up and reaching reviews (mainly on Real Self) I finally found a Dr Parin who practices at the Kamol Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok who could perform the procedure for me. Not many surgeons are experienced in the BullHorn Lip Lift procedure in Thailand and Dr Parin was the only one I found who knew what he was talking about.
I had the produce 6 days ago but I will try to document my surgery and recovery process as best as I can.

You look lovely
The reason I went with Dr Song is in the review. Mainly, it was a matter of method (I didn’t want skin only because there is a high chance of dropping), skill, experience, attention to detail, hands on aftercare.. Having had the surgery done by him, I congratulate myself daily on my excellent choice.
