NO ONE Does a Better Lip Lift Than Dr. Hsu
WORTH IT
When I was researching lip lift doctors, I examined the work of all those splashy instagram guys on the socials. Mascaro, Ben Talei, etc. Results look nice, but there are always whispers of scar issues, mobility problems, etc with every doctor and honestly I was worried about the turn-and-burn vibe. Lip lifts are a risky surgery. The scar goes smack dab right in the middle of your face, so it really has to be worth it. And me, with my long, mannish philtrum combined with me debilitating vanity, knew I had to find someone good.
And I found her!
Turns out, the ACTUAL BEST lip lift doctor in America is practicing in a quiet office decorated with beautiful contemporary art in Beverly Hills. No huge staff, no instagram reels or flashy tiktoks.
Dr. Amy Hsu.
She performed my lip lift under local at a surgery center. The process took over three hours but I was on versed and lost track of time in my delirium, so it didn't feel like it was that long at all. But if you know anything about lip lifts, you know drs often boast about how "quick and easy" the surgery is. "Only 20 min! Only 45 min!" I cannot emphasize enough how much you *do not* want this. You want someone who takes their time, someone who is meticulous, careful, and not happy until it is exactly how she wants it. Dr. Hsu is not just a perfectionist, she is an artist. She is so skilled, and takes her job so seriously, whilst maintaining the sweetest demeanor ever.
The suture work was absolutely phenomenal. I could be soaking wet, no makeup, and you'd really have to LOOK to see the scar. That's how good she is. I have no mobility issues, total freedom of movement. I speak normally, and it feels like nothing every happened. Absolutely amazing.
I love her so much, I feel like she deserves way more credit and attention. She's out here doing some of the most stealth plastic surgery ever, making people look incredible and no one would ever guess they had anything done. Best of the best.
