pls don’t comment on how bad it is. i’m aware and very insecure about it. it’s just for you guys who refuse to believe that Jacono isn’t the best
i paid 10k for this man and office to:
not answer my emails when i said i wanted help
he wasn’t even in the room when the stiches were removed
he didn’t give me a before and after idea like i was told
he was in a complete rush
my nostrils are RUINED
my lips are uneven
and my philtrum looks just as long as it was

it’s been 6 months since my surgery
my last review was out of kindness and naivety because drjacono told me to just be patient and my lips will “even out over time.” i listened and waited and now i’m just really fed up. the fullness of my lips went away, my philtrum is still really long, i can’t see my teeth anymore, and they healed so uneven and with a massive scar. the office never gets back to me about my revision. and now my nose is crooked. with uneven and wide nostrils that droop to one side.
go somewhere else. i can deal with complications when it comes to surgery, i get it, it can’t always work out... but they don’t even care to address the problem. i need to see him to talk about what the revision will be like, what goes on during it, if he is going to fix the nostril or if i’m screwed and need to get a nose job or what. they expect you to just go in blind and trust the person who messed up? really, search for other doctors. i saved 10k over the course of 10 years for this lip lift and now i just look worse than before. so heartbreaking.

Lip lift by Dr Andrew Jacono
Day 5 of my lip lift. I will write a full journey review once I am fully healed but I am loving the results so far.
The first 3 days were pretty awful, I was in so much pain, incredibly swollen and uneven and was quite nervous I made a huge mistake. But after the 3rd day things started to get better and I could see my lips settling into their new shape, and then I got upset again because once the swelling really went down I didn't see a difference at all. I just did a side by side (the photo I posted) and was blown away by how drastic only 4mm can make! I love it!I'll keep updating as I heal and post all recovery pictures! But so far so good! PS., yes, Dr Jacono is expensive. But I was willing to pay the price because it's my face and I wanted to go to the best. He is the best and he is an artist, not just a surgeon. Also, his staff are so unbelievably kind and supportive and just make you feel SAFE. 10/10 experience so far for me :) go to Dr Jacono!
