One of the Best Decisions I’ve Made
WORTH IT
This is a long-overdue review as a longtime patient of Dr. Haworth of 12 years. Fast forward to today, I continue to be grateful for the care and expertise I have received over the years. I believe my results speak for themselves. In 2014, I made a big life decision and underwent a combination of hyperaesthetic facial surgeries:
- 3-D upper lip lift
- Revision septorhinoplasty (utilizing ear cartilage graft)
- Medialized external corner lip lift
- Facial + lip fat transfer
My results are delicate, natural, and thoughtfully tailored to be harmonious with my individual facial features. Everything settled beautifully and as I’m aging I still have a youthful look. That could probably be attributed to taking care of my skin, genetics, and Dr. Haworth’s work. I had a previous rhinoplasty I wasn’t happy with, which he fixed by restoring my deviated septum and strengthening my overall nose from the state it was in. To this day, I am complimented on my profile! His approach to hyperaesthetics is creative yet grounded; he highlights one’s individual beauty rather than masking it.
More recently, I went back to have fat transfer to my temples, and it was just the thing to conservatively balance everything. Dr. Haworth has always been professional, highly skilled, and informative, taking the time to explain and answer all my 1,001 questions at each appointment. Due to this and the attention to detail with each case, his appointments may run longer. Keep this in mind whilst being respectful as plastic surgery - is a serious decision. He helps set realistic expectations while going above and beyond them when all is said and done. All the girls on Team Haworth are also rockstars! They are kind, accommodating, and communicative. I am more reserved until I establish trust with others, and at the Haworth Institute, I feel safe and comfortable being myself. So much so that I will crack a few jokes or tell some funny stories when there, because what’s the point of emphasizing beauty if one cannot make others laugh or feel good, right? Perhaps that’s just the Midwest in me.
Overall, the combination of unique skill and personalized care has made my experience positive, memorable, and truly life-changing. I am deeply grateful for the gorgeous results and trust I have with Dr. Haworth and the entire team. I highly encourage you to do the same when choosing a surgeon and investing in yourself.
