This update comes 4 years post op lip lift. The scar is minimal, makeup does tend to settle in the crease at times. I have not received any laser scar therapy, the scar is barely noticeable. I widened my smile with porcelain veneers in 2023 and had rhinoplasty and a brow lift with Dr Starkman in 2022. My facial features are more balanced and I am happy with the procedures I have had.

Adding more photos to the roughly nine month update. Full range with my smile, no restrictions, natural results. Would do it again and highly recommend! With makeup on, you can not see the scar at all, without makeup it is very minimal and only a trained eye would notice.

I love your result. Do you know your before and after philtrum measurements? How much was taken off? Can you close your mouth without puckering in your chin? My LL surgeon was conservative and I think I will eventually have more taken off. He says I won't be able to close my mouth.
