Day 3 Post Op and Still Swollen

It's becoming much easier to smile and make certain letters like "p" and "b" without feeling like I may hurt myself or am pulling too tight. I can almost rub my lips together in a normal way instead of the modified side to side method I've adopted to put on chapstick.
Incision is a little red but easier to cover up than it was last week. I have incredible oily skin and am prone to blackheads and it's driving me insane that I can't extract in the area around my nose (especially on the sides.) There's a lot of dead skin in the incision line and when it gets noticeable to the naked eye I carefully remove large chunks with disinfected tweezers. (Dr. Linkov, please don't be mad!)

I have a normal lip again!
These are with a little bit of concealer on the incision line to minimize the redness of the area more than the line itself. The incision line is a bit deeper than I anticipated and fills up with product if I try to put too much in it. I suspect this will soften as the area becomes flexible again with skin settling and stretching in time.
I believe I was at 17mm before and we decided to take out 4.5mm because I wanted to maintain a natural, but balanced overall look.

Too early to tell final results, but recovery has been a breeze though quite swollen. Pain is extremely manageable if non-existent at all at this point. Lips quite dry. Will update as swelling goes down and I can begin to see the actual results. Sutures come out on Friday the 5th.
