Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Meeting with surgeon

I met with Mr Ng who examined my lips and told me that the implants were perfectly aligned and that the asymmetry was there before the procedure (which I could see on photos he had taken prior to the procedure). The extra volume the implants provided made the asymmetry more obvious. He said that nothing could be done to improve the asymmetry so I may look at semi-permanent lip liner.
I know they aren’t perfect but compared to how they were before the procedure I am happy.

Revision booked!

I’m going next Friday to have my lower lip fixed. Not sure what Mr Ng is going to do whether he’s going to be able to trim a little off the ends and of the implant or replace with a different size but it is free of charge.
Waiting for my antibiotic prescription to arrive now.
My partner isn’t keen on me going again as he thinks I’ve “ruined” my lips but I’m doing it for me not him!
I’ll review again after the revision.

Spoke to PS Office

So today I emailed Mr Ng’s office and sent them the 2 pics included in my last update.
They replied that the bottom implant may be able to be trimmed so I am going to ring tomorrow to make an appointment as I feel that although it is only a small change it may be a big improvement.
I’m hoping that the surgery will be free as the implant is too long but I’ll find out tomorrow!
