All hype. Her lash serum is great, her surgical expertise is wildly exaggerated.
I had poor lip fillers in the past, had them dissolved well over a two years ago- I decided it was worth paying double for someone who claims to be such an expert at small tweaks and natural “facial optimization” after two hours of wait time and a 4 minute interaction with Dr. Devgan (who’s bedside manner is a mix of bizarre and condescending)…
My lip fillers are terrible. Well above the vermillion border. I let the office know how unhappy I was and sent pictures a few days later as I know it can take time for swelling to go down.
I asked to have them corrected or if they could be dissolved. The office said they could book me a consultation — I didn’t have another 2-3hours to spare if nothing was to be fixed and if I were to be charged again. The office said it would be considered a seperate case if I had them dissolved and I would be charged.
They then proceeded to tell me that Dr. Devgan “thoroughly reviewed my case” and I had a history of migration and then sent me photos of myself from 2021… again I had my lip filler dissolved twice— most recently in 2024. Strangely enough they also sent me the “before” pictures from my 2026 appt with her where there was no filler or migration. I sent them back as well as my receipts for previous dissolving.
Dr. Devgan refuses to fix her mistake without charging me for it, honestly it was worth spending $1300 to realize what a poor plastic surgeon she is. After this experience I found multiple poor reviews of her and a whole Reddit community. I would rather pay to get dissolved from someone else than give her another dime… I’m so happy this happened before I booked any surgeries with her.
