Kissable Lips UPDATE
I have to say that since I shared my amazing post-lip filler experience with Ocumend, a few others have reached out and said they tried the pads and had little to NO bruising and swelling. I am due for a lip touch up next month and I am excited to use them again--smack in the middle of the week because I know I won't have to hide away to heal. Kissable Lips & Escaped Bruising PHEW
Once I hit my 40's, my lips began to vanish. I wanted injections very badly, but was scared bc I assumed it was painful. I had seen friends end up with huge swollen duck lips and bruising so bad that they had to hide for days. As a busy mom there was no way I could take time off because of that!
Then a doctor friend told me to use Ocumend pads right after my injections. She told me the high levels of arnica were so powerful that it would pretty much guarantee NO bruising or swelling after.
I decided to give it a try.
After my injector did my lips she said, "Oh, you will definitely have some bruising up top." I panicked!
But I put the Ocumend pads on right after and followed the instructions. Not only did my bruise never spread outside of my lip line, within 24-hours it was so light I could cover it with lip gloss. I sent a pic to my injector and she was AMAZED that it was so slight.
