Stop thinking about it and book with brooke now! I previously had gone somewhere else and my lips felt lumpy shortly after. Ever since I started coming to brooke I will not go anywhere else. First, like me start by saying this girl is the sweetest ever! But she doesn't sugar coat it. She works with you to achieve the look you want but is realistic abut everything. Second, what they do at map is very different than where I went before. I had minimal to no bruising at all and I 100% owe it to how the filler is done. They use a flexible catheter instead of poking needles in over and over in different spots. Also instead of numbing cream brooke did a few small, painless injections to numb me up and after this I will never go back to numbing cream. Everything about my experience with brooke and map was amazing. I dont have a single bad thing to say!

Had a great experience! The office was beautiful and clean, and Alison was awesome! She answered all of my questions and concerns, and was professional but upbeat which really put me at ease. I went in feeling nervous and left feeling great! I got absolutely no bruising or swelling. 10/10!

Once I hit my 40's, my lips began to vanish. I wanted injections very badly, but was scared bc I assumed it was painful. I had seen friends end up with huge swollen duck lips and bruising so bad that they had to hide for days. As a busy mom there was no way I could take time off because of that! Then a doctor friend told me to use Ocumend pads right after my injections. She told me the high levels of arnica were so powerful that it would pretty much guarantee NO bruising or swelling after. I decided to give it a try. After my injector did my lips she said, "Oh, you will definitely have some bruising up top." I panicked! But I put the Ocumend pads on right after and followed the instructions. Not only did my bruise never spread outside of my lip line, within 24-hours it was so light I could cover it with lip gloss. I sent a pic to my injector and she was AMAZED that it was so slight. I LOVE my full lips and now I will never be afraid to get them done again as long as I have my Ocumend pads. Updated on 28 May 2019: I have to say that since I shared my amazing post-lip filler experience with Ocumend, a few others have reached out and said they tried the pads and had little to NO bruising and swelling. I am due for a lip touch up next month and I am excited to use them again--smack in the middle of the week because I know I won't have to hide away to heal. Thank you again Ocumend for making a product that actually works!! I feel confident recommending these pads with all of YOU who are concerned about bruising post-injections.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the huge mis-quote on pricing. I had never had fillers before. I asked ahead of time what my visit would cost and the spa coordinator told me between $1500 - $4000. I had two visits and even asked about pricing before the second appointment. They told me "it will be much less than the first" it was not!! The spa coordinator, Jessica was kind and admitted I should have had a pre-appointment to discuss my needs and pricing. My bill came to almost $13,000! I asked Christina Alves, the spa director for a rpartial refund and she refused. She said they would give me a filler.
