A Bit Less Swelling

They will act like they want to remedy the situation and then completely ghost you. The good news is that I barely have pain now. The injector obviously injured me because it took a few weeks for the pain to subside. Some of the swelling is gone too. Thank goodness this is not permanent!

Horrible Unprofessional Injector

UPDATE: 20 days later and the area above my lips are still swollen and below my lower lips, mostly on my right side, which is where she injected me in a hurry. It's also where I felt the most pain. I am including pictures. This is not my first procedure with Juvederm, so I don't think it's the filler. They never replied to my review on Google, so they obviously DON'T CARE.

MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE
1. My injector was Dina. If you want a pout, she's the one to go with. It must be her speciality because I specifically told her I wanted the corners of my mouth done. I explained that it was my top concern when wearing makeup. She never advised me or anything, so I thought that's what she would focus on. Since I didn't get feedback from her, I repeated myself two more times.

Had she advised me that what I wanted could not be achieved or something, I would have understood, but all she said was that I could always add more. I thought that just meant she would work on the corners and I could always add more? I guess I was wrong again.

2. It hurt like hell! It hurt so much I don't think I want to have my lips fixed. She put some numbing cream on and let it sit like 10 mins, but I guess for me that was not enough. She could see that the procedure was painful for me, but she just hurried to get it done faster. At the end she just stated I had survived!

3. As she injected me, I did not feel any work being done to the corners of my mouth, but I thought she was the expert and she knew best. I tried to just trust the process. The end result is that I now have a pout and the corners of my mouth have no improvement.

The one star comes from the other ladies that were super nice. Also, the price was spectacular, but not if you don't get what you asked for.

I will also be leaving a rating on the Real Self website because that's how I found this place.

I'm very grateful that I chose to only have my lips done that day.

I did contact Anthony once most of the pain was gone and I was completely ignored. I guess that's how you respond when someone is hurt by one of your employees. You just ignore them and hope they disappear. You didn't even bother to refund me anything, so I could go somewhere else to resolve the issue. I hope more people come forward. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews on Google because they seem to be incredibly accurate. They also state you ignored them. I hope nobody else goes through what I've been through thanks to your injector.
