With No Doubts, I Knew Dr. Oh Was the Best for my Surgery!
WORTH IT
I’ll be honest with you, I got really good discount for writing a review. I found out about Dr. Oh from here, Real Self and when was quoted the price it was a bit higher that I expected. I didn’t have any online consultations as when was planning my trip to Seoul was all 100 sure that will meet only Dr. Oh. So, in order to down the price a bit more I offered them to write a review. I don’t actually mind other people seeing my results as it can also help someone to see real review instead of fake ones. They agreed but with only 1 condition – I had to make a 300,000 non-refundable deposit on the day of my consultation. Well, I set myself up to get it done at any price, so it wasn’t a big deal for me.
My surgery was on May 11 this year and it’s been 5 months already. The first week was the worst, I was very swollen, my chin with some part of lower jaw were numb. It was so difficult to swallow and nose most of the time was blocked making my rehab even more evil. The under zone of my lower jaw was swollen like hell and when I came for dressing a week a after, we also decided to remove drain. Since my follow up appointment with Dr. Oh was only on 24 day, I also had to stay there longer than was originally planned. I was told that can come for heating treatment every day and I did :) It really helped a lot with swelling. All stitches were removed exactly 14 days after my surgery and once they were removed swelling started to fade away little by little.
By around month 2 swelling was almost gone, sensitivity 90% restored (my chin was numb up to month 4) and I felt great. By around months 4 I could eat almost everything I wanted (trying to keep an eye on what I eat up to now as I was said that a complete bone healing would come a year or even over after). So far, I had no unusual feelings or situations. I think my case is quite ordinary (comparing to what I read here). I’m very grateful to Dr. Oh for his work and feel quite lucky to find the right surgeon from the first shot :)
