Don't Bother Having Surgery in Lima Peru.

I paid for a BBL with a Dr. Masgo in Lima Peru and be warned to never go to Peru for surgeries in order to try keep the cost down because it doesn't pay off! My BBL looked really good to start with but almost 1 1/2 years later I am back to exactly the same measurements I was pre-op. I did everything perfectly wearing a faja and made the sacrifice of laying on my front for over 6 months and refrained from sitting too long as well as used a special cushion to keep from pressure when sitting. The fat subsided literally within 6 months after surgery and when I called and emailed this Dr. Masgo not once has he bothered to get back to me which basically means not only is he a useless surgeon but also one of these dishonest surgeons out there and there are plenty of those out there who claim to be the best lol like they can't all be the best right? But I am so upset because absolutely none of the fat has stayed at all not even 1%.
So be warned, stay well away from Dr. Waldo Masgo in Lima Peru.
If anyone can please recommend an excellent surgeon here in the U.S. whereby you have had surgery by this person and the results have lasted for over a year or longer please kindly let me know.
As for other surgeries, I had a nose job done by a Dr. Otto Zeigler also in Lima Peru and he has not done anywhere like I asked of him or what he agreed to do and this too has to be done all over again as.......yes you got it.......he too has had his money and also does not reply to any of my emails other than trying to praise himself which goes to show he is another total crank case over there.
I am not prepared to embarrass myself by putting a photo up on here because there is nothing to show other than pre-op and post-op look identical now, like haha the jokes on me, yes I've been conned out of my money.
