Stubborn Back Fat

Still swollen & extra sore...

Uggggh!!! I wouldn't know how I'd be if it weren't for my mom being my nurse.... I remember waking up once during surgery saying "ouch".... I threw up twice after surgery but the nausea meds helped... I have been sleeping taking meds & drinking fluids... haven't really had an appetite but I eat a little here & there... my mom helped me wash up & apply bruising & antibiotic creams.... the garments are super tight...I am aching & swollen but the work looks great. I'll post actual body pics when I get a chance

Ok!!! So here is a pic of all the meds & things I have to use to prepare for surgery... first 2 bottles I began 2 weeks ago they're supplements 3 pills morning 3 pills night... 3rd bottle started Monday (4/10 3 days b4 surgery) 2 pills 3x a day between meals... 4th bottle starting today (4/11 2 days b4 surgery)1 pill every 12 hours... the red liquid is a wash that I must use Wednesday night (4/12 b4 surgery) & Thursday morning (4/13 day of surgery) on my back then 24 hrs after procedure... it's so much but everything is explained in paperwork.. to remember when to start I put (take meds) in my planner on the days...
