So I have been researching BBL for over a year now and decided to take the plunge. I have two twin daughters via c-section and getting my body back has been a struggle. Full Time Mom of Twin Toddlers, Full Time RN & Graduate Student Getting my Pre-wedding Body Ready!!!

twinningmom

So I have been researching BBLs for over a year and finally found a clinic I was comfortable with. First off, the clinic was grade A+ clean/nice. It felt like I walked into a spa. I worked with Crystal for my consultation and Sylvia for my pre-op. Then were both very polite. The only thing that bothered me was that I left an email for Crystal and she never replied to it, but a nurse myself I know it is hard to get things done when you hundreds of women wanting consultations etc, so looking at the bright side of things if this was my only complain, I will gladly take that lol. I eventually called up there several days later and talked to Sylvia. I felt at home with this clinic!!! I meet Dr. Boutte the week before my surgery (she came in on her day), which I thought, was amazing. She was very attentive and answered all of my question, so I did not feel rushed. So far its day 1 on my post-op and I can honestly say the pain from my c-section was way worse than this. I am just very sore and the draining of the blood/liquid is so annoying lol. But the price was pay to get snatched and it’s worth it in my eyes. I am sad that I can't pick up daughters (2 years old) but I have live in help right now. Towards the end of the procedure I began to feel pain when she inserted the fat in my buttocks. That was the only thing that I was disturbed by during the entire procedure. Mr Boutte was great and gave me several breaks to catch my breath because the timing was to early for me to receive any other pain meds. I plan to post tons of pictures! I will load my pre-op pics during this entry! Enjoy and be looking out for me to post more pics!!!

2 Days Post Op

twinningmom
So I am recovering at home for day 2 of my post op journey. Today was definitely worser than yesterday as all of the anesthesia medication is worn off completely. My abdomen is sore and walking was nor difficult today. I am staying on top of my pain meds which is awesome and I have isolated myself for most of the day to rest. I am drinking tons of water and trying to maintain my diet. My belly is swollen and puffy and I have minimal bruising. I can't wait to see what my looks likes after a few weeks. I am loving my booty but I was suppose to get fat transferred to my hips I don't see any of that yet so it has me a little worried. Nurse Lee called me last night to check on me which was awesome. Just itchy itchy itchy today. Benadryl is my best friend!!!!

Great job how long are you waiting post op to return back to work?

I took 9 days off but if I don't feel up to it I will talk the full 2 weeks like I planned to. Honestly the recovery has been great like I said before my c-section was worse but it's the not being able to apply pressure to my bottom that's making me not want to return to work so fast. As a nurse we do move around a lot but for charting we sit and I don't know if I can stand on my feet for 12 hrs straight yet.

Maybe once the swelling in your abdomen goes down, you'll see more of the contour in your hips. I had fat grafting only to my hips and on day one I was thinking 'what have a done? '. I wanted just a subtle change and my hips were like kapow! Lol. They've gone down now and look less questionable by people I didn't tell about my surgery, but will make a huge difference in the way my clothes fit. Just the very smal increase has caused me to have to go up a size to accommodate my hips, but my waist is smaller, so I need to go down for that. I'm sure once everything settles, you'll love it. You look great!

Thanks! It's Day 4 and I can already see a little of the swelling going down!!! I am exciting to see what I look like 3 months from now. She was suppose to add a little to my hips but I don't think she was able to get much there because my skin was so tight.
