4 Kids and Finally a BBL & Liposuction by Windell Boutte.

For years now I have been looking in to getting this surgery. I recently just had my fourth child and was heavily working out and nothing seemed to be going back in place. I originally scheduled with a different doctor but after seeing his real self reviews I started seeking other surgeons and came across Dr. Boutte and fell in love with her work. After seeing her videos on Facebook and Instagram I fell in love with her personality. She seemed like a sweet woman who cared dearly about her patients. When I first met her they immediately asked if they could film me and during that whole procedure I started to feel like I was just "part of production and promotion" and the questions I had saved up to speak with her as it related to MY specific surgery were kind of rushed. However, she was nice about answering them. Upon meeting her I already had ideas of what my "wish" booty would look like but was told I needed full back pictures and went through how she viewed the different shapes of bottoms. All in all I trusted her with my surgery. The day of the surgery I did not get to see her... I decided upon the "teardrop" shape which is like an upside down heart and the cheeks are most full and rounded at the bottom. Her people confirmed that as well with the picture of the shape I wanted. I was initially told that surgery would last 5 hrs. My appointment time was at 11am. A little before 12 I was upstairs in the operating room.... But I didn't come out until 9pm that night!!! I have no clue if there were
any complications reason it took so long. I was not under general anesthesia. I remember waking up and feeling the pain of her going back and forth while I was turned on my stomach. My follow up is 5/12 so I plan on asking about that. I have read on here the 2nd day is the worst day but I beg to differ, my 5th and 6th day I have experienced the most pain and swelling. As it relates to the outcome of my surgery... My stomach is noticeably different but my butt is nothing like I expected. It's not the shape I asked for. It's not even as big as I wanted it. It honestly reminds of my grandma's butt... It just sits high. No roundness and no cuff at the bottom completely opposite as what was explained to me as a tear drop. I know I'm not done healing yet but unless my fat in my butt is literally suppose to slide down I doubt the look I was going for was accomplished at all. Maybe I should have gotten the "Corporate" "bubble" butt look everyone else seems to get. Will be discussing options of revision.... Pictures coming soon!!!
