I am amazed at how well my scars look in just 3 weeks! I am in no pain other than the very occasional "zinger". My breasts seem to be softening up and dropping into place. Of course they are dropping at different rates giving them the slight appearance of being uneven. Overall I am super happy with my results. If I had to do it all over again I probably would have gone with a little larger implant (I chose 230cc, should have gone with 275-300cc). However, I am hoping that I may gain a little more projection after they fully drop and fluff.

I have birthed 4 beautiful babies and breastfed each of them. It definitely took a toll on my breasts. I was a saggy, deflated 34b prior to BL and BA. I had 230 cc Natrelle silicone implants placed under the muscle, in addition to a full mastopexy. I am thrilled with my results so far. I am definitely ready to see the results in a few months. I recommend these procedures to anyone that's had multiple babies and breastfed. I feel so much happier about my appearance. So far I think I will end up being a full C cup, but really hoping for a small D after I completely drop and fluff!

I feel really good...Thank you for asking! Now just patiently waiting the "drop and fluff" process. Really hoping to gain a bit more projection and more of a crease! I've read that takes time.

I think I was fully dropped and fluffed by 6 weeks, but my shape was pretty good by 3 weeks post OP. You're almost there. :)

You look great! I am also a deflated 32B after having two babies. My doctor suggested between 250 and 275 I have been looking through website and everyone has like 400 and up so I am so excited to see someone similar to what I'm getting. Finally! I am having a lollipop lift. Excited and anxious at the same time. Thanks for sharing your journey. I am so undecided on size yet don't wan to go to small or big.
