WORTH IT$6,000
I have always been an A cup, but after having my son when I lost the baby weight I also lost most of the breast tissue I did have.
I wanted to have a full and natural look for my size. 5'2" 125lbs
I am so glad I had this procedure done. The recovery process has been good and the results so far (only 2 weeks post-op) are exactly what I wanted. We went with 350cc due to my size (he made he decision on the table based on what we had discussed) and they look great. He knew exactly what I wanted and delivered!

The Consult
Inhad my consultation in January. Going in I was nervous, I had done my research but didn't know what to expect.
When I first walked in I was immediately greater by the staff, checked in and started my paperwork.
As soon as I had the paperwork done they took me and my husband (and 2 year old..... Eek couldn't get s sitter but he did awesome!!) into the conference room and offered us drinks.
Dr Turner came right in and introduced himself and shook our hands and was giving my little one high fives (already earning points there). First thing he wanted to me me as a person, didn't jump into the normal doctor question routine. He learned about me and my lifestyle first (married, 1 kid, exercises, dancer, all those kinds things) and we chit chatted a bit before we got started on any "boobie" talk. This helped me to relax And feel like I could open up and tell my story. It was like talking to a friend now and not a doctor. Once we got ready to talk about the boobie stuff he asked me to tell him what I was thinking.
I told him first off that I have always had smaller breasts and just kind of dealt with it. After having my son I lost most of what I did have. So pretty much now I feel like a teenage, middle school girl going through puberty who has to wear a padded bra! I couldn't even keep my small swimsuit top from falling off, I would avoid going swimming. I told him I wanted to look natural as well as go to a C cup if possible, but I asked him to help me obtain a look the was going to fit my body type and not look bad. 5' 2" 125. Wanted silicone, did not care where the incision was, and actually was open to the type of implant he thought would look best, he's the expert. he took notes the whole time and then said "what you are experiencing is a common thing" and he can help me achieve my goal no problem!
Of course we did a medical history along side the forms I filled out to make sure he knew as much as he could.
Then we talked a little bit about what exactly Brest augmentation is, what it entails, and what options I have (implant types, insicion location).
Once both my questions and his were answered the nurse took me back to get my "before" pictures taken (I was already sold at this point). I had Charissa, she is really nice and cut up with me some to make sure I was comfortable (how often do you stand in front of a camera without your shirt on!). Once the pictures were done she took me to an exam room and Dr Turner showed me sample of each type of implant even though we had both agreed that silicone was best. He just wanted me to be able to see them all (silicone, saline, gummy bear). Then he looked at what he had to work with, took measurements he needed and then told me what he thought the best plan for me was. First thing he said was I was a great candidate. He could see by my skin and how my breasts sat that I had tissue loss. He recommended an under fold insicion due to my smaller nipple to fold measurement because he would probably need to do a little adjusting in surgery. Silicone still the way to go, we can get the natural look I want and probably get a C cup size but his recommendation was to do an on the table decision as the the actual size and implant type. I said, sounds good to me, you are the expert, I trust you!! I felt totally comfortable the entire time.
Once he felt he had all that he needed I got dressed and went back out to the conference room where I was given the quote and talked about how the scheduling process will work (3-4 week prior to surgery planning session).
I was ready to do it today, I was sooooo excited.
I picked March 24 based on my schedule and March 4 for the planning session.

Planning Session/Pre-op appointment
As always I was greeted with a smile when I walked in!
My husband and I (no kid his time) were promptly taken into the conference room and offered s drink.
Charissa came in with a smile and we chatted for a few minutes before we got started. She had a folder of paperwork to go over and took my vitals to have a baseline and update my medical history incase there were any changes from the consult paperwork.
Then we went through a PowerPoint presentation that detailed the prep, surgery and post surgery. Dr Turner came in after that to see if I had any other questions not discussed in the consult, asked how I was feeling (getting really excited) and we confirmed again size and incision site. We also discussed again the decision we came to in the consult about Dr Turner making the final "on the table" decision of the exact volume and profile that was going to achieve the natural look for my body size and type. I felt like he was going to give me the look I wanted without knowing the exact implant size and type I was getting.
Once we were done talking we went over the paperwork and signed everything. Then it was time for the boobie book. They brought out a book to help you show them in pictures the look you are wanting to achieve to go along with the discussions from the consult and earlier in the session. This is actually harder than it sounds, I had a hard time deciding what would look good on me. I ended finding pics of the look I thought looked natural and about the cup size I wanted (C).
At this point I was feeling really comfortable with everyone and at ease about the surgery.
After the planning session was over it felt like 3 weeks took forever because I was so excited!!
