My 4-week check-up went well. PS said my incisions look good. The implants are looking good but slow to drop bc we were unable to use the strap at first. Has me wearing strap for next 3 weeks when at home. Said I could wear a sports bra now but no regular bras yet. Cleared for all cardio but no weights or exercises that use my arms or chest.
Got the ok to pick up the little man as long as I squat to lift him and sit him down.
Still wants me to avoid lifting a lot of hames y things if possible. I go back in 3 weeks for my next check-up!

Just wanted to share a dress I am wanting to get that I would never have been able to wear prior to my breast augmentation. Thanks again Dr Turner!!!

I haven't bought anything yet, waiting til I get the ok to get to wear a normal bra and get fitted for the right size before I buy a ton of new stuff, but I can't wait!!

2 weeks post-op check up

Up to this point I was still putting bags of corn on my chest pretty regularly. I didn't take any Tylenol after the first check-up because I was feeling good. I was only back to work for 3 days prior to my 2 week check-up and doing limited things at work.
Still sleeping on an incline up tongue point.
As always when I arrived I was greeted promptly and shortly was taken back to an exam room and changed into a gown.
Dr Turner and Miranda came in both with a smile. Dr Turner asked how I was feeling and I told him great! Feeling better everyday. Then he asked how I was liking the look at this point (keeping in mind hey are still super high) and told him I was still very happy!
Today he looked at how high the implants were still sitting, how symmetrical they were and at the incisions. He said everything was looking good. They pulled the steri- strips off of the incisions and he said they were looking good (bruised and purple but that's normal).
He said everything was looking good and the implants should settle into place in about 6 more weeks and asked me to come back in 2 weeks (4 weeks post-op). He also said it is time to start some stretches to help the implants settle in. Last thing was he said specifically "do not pick up your son" (my poor little guy, he is dying for mento pick him up-but we can cuddle again!!)
After we chatted for a few minutes Dr Turner stepped out and Miranda took me down to take some progress pictures and showed me how things were looking.
The last thing was the stretches I needed to start. Miranda went through them step by step and helped me practice them in the office. I have been doing them just a few days and I am a little sore and can tell things are moving a bit.
I'm still feeling good. Still very happy with how things are looking!
I am adding pics of the incisions after they took the steri-strips off. There is a bit of adhesive still there in the pics because I had not showered yet. They adhesive comes off pretty easily.
