I thought i would write a review as I've researched this to death and the reviews really helped me make a decision. I've always carried weight around my tummy and flanks I also have a tethered appendix scar which the surgeon released during the procedure. I've finally saved enough money to have the procedure done. So yesterday I had my surgery under local with no sedation. I was very very nervous. The doctor and nurse were brilliant I had photos done and then they injected me with the local anesthetic and then the turmesant fluid, this was probably the worst bit but very bearable. 3 hours and 6 tubs of liquid later I was done! The nurse put me into a compression garment and off I went. Back in The hotel I leaked a lot and i mean alot.. (Bathroom looked like a murder scene) of fluid through the holes made by the surgeon, I was prepared and took bed pads and towels to mop everything up. Pain was okay, I managed to have a meal at the hotel and went for a short walk, slept okay and managed breakfast this morning.
Painkillers, I'm taking iborufen 4 times a day and co-codamol at night and I feel fine. Just had my 24 hours review and so far so good! My plan now is to heal then get into the gym to tone up my arms! Lifestyle change starts here!

Home now!

Arrived home yesterday afternoon spent most of the afternoon on the sofa, I'm very sore and tired but the painkillers are keeping on top of this. Can not wait for a shower this morning I feel horrid, but the leaking thankfully is minimal now. Praying for a quick recovery I can't wait to get back to normal! So far so good!

Hey, been looking at this Dr in Leicester for a long time, this is the first proper review I've seen for him so really looking forward to seeing your results! :)

I've been back today for another post op, he's drained some fluid which was collecting in my groin. I feel so much better. Dr Singh has been brilliant. :)

Hey how is it going now? Also what did you get done just your stomach? Also was the price £3100 and include the garment and painkillers etc? :)

It was £3500 for some reason its come up as 3100! Includes after care pain killers and garments. I've had a tough week but I'm doing okay now. I'll update my review later on :)

Day 9
Miss AverageSeptember 5, 2017
Well people who say its not painful absolutely lie. Day 3 was the worst I had terrible feelings of extreme tightness as if my skin was ripping off every time I moved! I really struggled with this and the compression garment made it 10 times worse. I also swelled up a lot! Went back to the surgeon who drained some fluid which gave some relief. I've been trying to stay active but the pain has been bad. Days 7 and 8 things have been a lot Better so things are going in the right direction :)

I’m on day three! I feel your pain, literally! I’m trying to decide if I need a couple more days because I am due back at work on Monday and still feel I can’t even walk right. You look great. Thanks for posting our story.
