Lucian Ion is the only surgeon I have found with flawless reviews. Is there anyone as good as him near Leeds/Manchester? If I need to travel I will. However, I don't think it's ideal after having an operation.
Is there anyone else who has had this procedure in the North? Everyone other surgeon I have researched has mixed reviews

Anyway i am somewhat of a expert in plastic surgery in general as i have had a few different surgeries in my time and when i say GO SEE DR.LUCIAN ION i mean go see the guy! Like forreal gurl lol he is da BOMB!!! hehe getting all ghetto on ya excuse me :) all joking aside why would you take the chance with something so important, sop life changing and something that is on the front of your face - presuming it's a rhinoplasty your having? Even if i lived in the north pole i would go anywhere in the world for a decent nose job! seriously i am talking from experience. You live in the u.k so travelling down to have the surgery really is no biggie. I had surgery abroad for 1 of my disaster nose ops and it was awful....you live up north, so you have to travel down to London, no big deal!!! I really have done my research and it was a decision between Dr ion in London or travel to hollyweird lol to have my revision with Dr Gary Motykie the rhinoplasty genius! Naturally i chose Dr Ion and the flawless reviews don't hurt either ;) Do not have a botched surgery and go to the best. I think Dr Ion costs around 7-8 grand but it's worth it not to end up looking like a total fake mess. He has a waiting time of around 3 months as i have booked my consultation so that will tell you how busy and popular he is.

I have read you very carefully because I am following any thing to do with L.I. I am planning to go to see him.
However just because I am learning about him and reading every comment/review about him doesn't make me an expert to the point of pushing others to go and see him.
In other words unless I have had an operation with somebody and I am happy with his results, I'll find it difficult to recommend him with the same passion as yours ;)
