Today I feel like I turned a corner. I slept 13 hours straight and then took another 3 hour nap! Swelling has peaked, or at least has peaked thus far in the process. I am so satisfied!

Drain removal
It was really uneventful other than having one drain removed. The other will hopefully be removed early next week. My next appointment will be 7/23.

5 days post op
Things are going really well! I haven't had much discomfort with the breast augmentation and am really happy with how they look. My tummy tuck incision stings when I move; it's very much like the pain post c-section but the incision is much longer so it's easier to move wrong. The lipo is it's own beast. That stings and where the fat was transferred to the buttocks aches. As long as I stay on a med pain schedule, things are good but I do think I would be in rough shape if I was strictly on OTC meds. I drink lots of fluids, get lots of rest and walk around the house. I'm doing far better at 5 days out than I expected. Maybe preparing for excruciating pain and agony served me well :)

Lipo - 2 liters fat removed
Transfer to buttocks - 1 liter put back in
Tummy tuck - 6.5 pounds of skin removed
Breasts - Mentor silicone 500 cc on right, 475 cc on left
