Day 12

Feeling fantastic! Bruising is gone, and I have zero itching or pain. Occasionally when my jeans rub on my upper stomach the wrong way it'll have a little bit of bruise pain but I haven't worn any compression garments or modified my life in anyway. Saturday (Day 6) was the worst I had and it wasn't even painful. Haven't used Curacaine since maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Now on to the results, I can't wait! My stomach and sides are still feeling asleep/numb which is a funky feeling but I (so far) am so happy with this process! I am just hoping and praying that I'll get good results from this!

Day 9

BRUISING:
Gone!

PAIN:
None really though I will say Saturday I was definitely uncomfortable most of the day. I don't know if I got lucky or if I have a high pain threshold (I have colitis & IBS and am very used to frequent waves of pain after eating), but I really haven't had what I could call true pain save for Saturday.

SWELLING:
Think it's finally starting to go down!

ITCHING/TINGLING:
Saturday I was absolutely uncomfortable with itching and tingling. None that woke me up at night so far, but I did wake up and felt it occasionally when I woke up. Definitely comes and goes in waves. I just started using Curacaine yesterday but probably didn't need it. I've used it once today. For me it's not painful anymore, I keep using the static electricity shock analogy but that's the closest I can explain it.

OVERALL:
Cannot complain a bit other than the swelling has been annoying and Saturday was manageable but not pleasant. I haven't worn any compression garments and was able to work out without any interruption in daily activity. I haven't exercised since Friday because of the cold I've had but I could have. I am using this as a chance to do a cleanse while I wait for my cold to go away. I'll probably start back working out Monday or this weekend. Now I can't wait to start seeing results and for the swelling to go away completely!!!

Day 5

OVERALL:
Still feeling okay, absolutely starting to feel the side effects today. Would consider them mild and annoying at worst. Still got up and worked out this morning and wearing jeans with no compression garments. When I first started my workout I did a warm up jog and that up/down motion was the most painful when my stomach bounced but by the end of my workout (weights with plyo jumping, leg day) I was feeling basically nothing anywhere. I drink 80-ish oz of water per day.

BRUISING:
Almost completely gone on my sides, clear everywhere else.

PAIN:
None really other than when I push down on my treatment areas when scratching the itch, feels like a bruise. 1-2/10 scale. Feel zero pain on my lower (must be still numb?) area and sides. Pain is centralized to my upper stomach.

SWELLING:
Some on my stomach still. Think my sides are pretty normal?

ITCHING/TINGLING:
Of all the side effects this is probably the most annoying. Still feels like nothing more than when you get like a static shock except it's all over my upper belly and itches. Alleviated by massaging, scratching obviously doesn't help much. Have felt a few in my sides but none in my lower stomach, that area is still very numb. My upper stomach feels like when novocaine is wearing off after a dentist visit. I wouldn't call it more than a 2-3 on 10 scale. Annoying but not painful or debilitating. Hoping I am just one of the lucky ones but bracing myself for worse since I have read so many reviews with greater pain than I've had so far! I have the numbing cream but haven't felt the need to use it yet.
