Looks like I need to add some pics. I'm super shy, but here we go. After pic is only 5 weeks out. I've dropped a bit more. Will add a more recent pic when I get it.

You’re looking great. I want mine done so bad but I don’t have the time to take off right now. Were you off 2 weeks?

Thank you! I had mine done on a Friday, and I went back to work on Tuesday. I work a desk job, so it wasn't a huge deal. Friday was the worst, I slept most of the day & evening. Saturday morning I woke up with my 2 kids (ages 2&5) and was able to make breakfast and do simple things. I was off prescription pain meds by Monday, but kept taking Aleve for a few more days, and lots of ice while at home. All in all, easier than I thought, but I also went with a pretty modest implant size, so maybe that helped.

Omg, are you serious? I have a desk job too. I’m considering the lift only since my boobies are pretty full. I consulted with Dr. Hodge for smart lipo. I didn’t consult or BA/BL. But I have been looking at hi before and after and reading patients reviews...that’s how I came across yours. You look amazing.

He's really great, and has a good eye for size recommendation after an initial discussion of what you want. I'm not sure how different pain-wise the BL is vs BA. Friday-Sunday I needed to be sure to stay on top of my pain meds. By Monday I was just sore and tired. Having babies was much harder work recovery wise, in my experience. I hope you're able to able to get what you're after!

Ever since I can remember I wanted larger breasts....

Ever since I can remember I wanted larger breasts. I'm 5'5" and I range between 118-125 lbs. Before kids I was a full B. After nursing my first child my breasts returned to near-normal. I gained 35 lbs with that pregnancy and lost 50. I needed progesterone and other meds to keep my second one cooking and that brought some extra weight gain, 50 lbs, all of which I lost. After weaning my second after 18 months my breasts were a very empty/deflated A or B. My goal was to have nice, round, soft breasts that look great in a cocktail dress but don't get me too much side eye from the Moms at the pool, or gossiped about by my co-workers. After a lot of back and forth on my part I decided on the SRX (extra high profile). I now wear a 32 DD that are exactly what I wanted. They are perky and nice without screaming "boob job" - which isn't what a lot of people would expect from an extra high profile implant.

I'm still undecided on surgeon in the KC area. Do you have any pics to share? Your stats are pretty close to mine.

I totally agree with your assessment. You can look very natural, or you can choose to show them off. I'm very happy for you. I really enjoy helping my patients achieve their goals. That starts with listening, and then delivering!
