WORTH IT$15,500
*The price above includes 2 surgeries done at the same time, and arm lift, removal of old breast implants and new larger ones put in.
I have had weight issues all my life. After having 4 wonderful children, I am taking control of my weight issues and have successfully lost over 70 pounds to date. I count my calories, and found exercise routines that I love to do. They include yoga, Pilates, jogging, and I hope to start weight lifting soon. I have always been unhappy with my saggy upper arms, and have wanted to get them done for years. After losing this weight, and still having to buy larger shirts, blouses, dresses, due to the arms not fitting in anything I decided enough is enough. I researched doctors and found the best one on the planet, Dr. Tom Pousti. I actually had 2 procedures done at the same time, brachioplasty, (arm lift) and my breast implants replaced and enlarged. I am 4 weeks PO and am so happy with the results. I will not tell you that recovery is painless......it's not. The pain pills have helped tremendously, as well as the compression garments. I have a love/hate relationship with them. I can't wait to get them off, but as soon as their off, I want them back on. It's a funny cycle. I didn't have hardly any pain in my breasts. I did have my implants over the muscle instead of under the muscle, which probably accounts for the minimal pain there. (See more on that in my implant review) My arms are sore. I have pins and needles sensations a lot, and sometimes my left fore arm seems to go numb, and swell a bit. I know this is part of the healing process though, and I try to be patient through it all. I wish I had done this earlier, but am glad that I have lost the weight I wanted to before the procedure too.
I will try to add pictures soon. Having a few problems getting them to this site. I hope I can add them after submitting this. Look for my review on my breast surgery as well.

Finally adding pictures. See the 3 and 4 week shots. Still sore and swollen, but glad to be out of the tape. Still wearing the compression sleeves. They feel good. Will update again soon.

Thank you for adding photographs. Overall it seems like you are doing very well. The superficial separations will heal over the next two-three weeks. Please continue to keep in close communication with us ( I am in the office most afternoons if you have questions/concerns). I look forward to seeing you and your husband, if/when you are in Southern California. Thank you again. Tom J Pousti M.D.

I will post more pictures tomorrow. My incisions looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I know some of the pictures look horrible, but please don't worry anyone.......they get better with time and compression garments. It's worth the ugliness for a few weeks, and I can't believe the change in such a short time.

Did you have any problems with stitches coming out etc? My PS did an awesome tummy tuck on me but said arms are the hardest for healing due to moving arms, sweating etc he wants to just do lipo but I really need the whole thing I think

It is almost 7 weeks PO. I feel so much better. At about 6 weeks PO I started to feel more like myself. The change is really great. The pain is almost non existent. I am still in my compression sleeves, I was asked to wear them for 6 weeks, and I didn't get them on until 2 weeks PO, so I'm almost done. The scars are healing really well.
I'll update next week after talking to Daisy from the doctors office. I am excited for her to see how great everything is looking.
