Bikini photos

I tried on some of my old bikinis today, which are all smalls. Some are way too small and will have to go while others might actually work! I have yet to get sized to figure out my bra size which I'll probably do at 1-2 months post op. I've attached some bikini photos:)

2 weeks post op update

It's been 15 days since my BA and things are looking and feeling pretty darn good. I am very active so it's easy to get carried away with household chores and yard work and forget the fact that it's only been two weeks since my BA. Guess that means I'm feeling good and they are recovering well! The only discomfort is morning boob but that is minimal considering the surgery I had. My boobs are still tight but I can now massage them and they seem to have dropped slightly. I haven't removed my steri strips yet but the one under the right boob is starting to curl so I ordered silicone tape on Amazon prime today to replace it with and help minimize the appearance of scarring- I have yet to see what those look like! I had my surgery out of state so I haven't gone back for any post surgery consults. I've been so grateful for this site to help me know if things are on track and to see what is ahead. I still have regrets about not going bigger even though they look proportional for my body size and the PS did a great job. I think it has a lot to do with what my goals were before I had the BA. I didn't want them to look too fake but also not completely natural looking either- just nice big hot looking boobies! Also some of my clothes look better with the new girls while others look the same as before I had my BA. I wish they were big enough that I wouldn't have to buy underwire padded bras to MAKE the shirt look great- does that even make sense? I've posted a few updates pics:)

Wishing I went bigger ...

The tales about boob greed are true. I'm really wishing I had gone bigger ... 475-500cc. Since I am petite, the PS recommended no more than 450cc. The decision was entirely up to me and I opted for 430 while still having doubts in my mind, wondering if I will regret not going bigger. I realize 430cc and 450cc is such a tiny difference, maybe 2 tbs. I think it may have provided me the reassurance I need knowing that had gone on the highest end of the recommended amount. But in reality the bigger part of me wishes I went ahead with my original plan: "go big or go home" with 475-500cc. You don't realize you want [RS bleep] star boobs until after you get a BA. So for any of the ladies who are trying to decide between two sizes, especially if it's not a big difference just go with the bigger option for peace of mind and less regretting later.

Definetly recommend Dr Yates if you are considering a BA! Dr. Yates was patient, kind, and professional. He is also an artist which was very reassuring about his skills as a plastic surgeon. When I was reading his reviews I kept coming across "perfectionist" this is definetly true. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the nurses, were all very sweet, patient, and professional.Right before surgery the CRNA put my IV in painlessly and soon after I was out. When I was deciding which PS to go with for my BA it was important to me that I had deep sedation vs general anesthesia. Dr Yates offers deep sedation which was icing on the cake, a great PS plus no general anesthesia! I woke up with out any pain and also very hungry. I was able to go straight to a Thai restaurant immedietly after my surgery because I was craving Pho. My recovery went so well and the incisions look great. Talk to Dr. York Yates if you are considering a breast augmentation!
