Yesterday, was my 3 month post-op appointment with Dr. Yates. Today, I am officially 3 months (13 weeks) post-op. On a daily basis, I don't think about my implants at all. I feel 100% normal. The breast themselves feel 100% natural to me (and others). I am extremely happy with my size. I would NOT have gone bigger. I might have gone smaller. My fear of surgery is totally gone, and I would do it again in a heart beat. I plan to update this review again at 6 months and then a year. Happy healing to all. :)

You look beautiful, SLC, very natural. Congratulations on such a great result. xoxo

Thank you! Even the people I've told don't believe I got implants! That's about as natural looking as it gets, I think. :)

I think Dr. Yates has a tendency to make perfect results. Your results look PERFECT, natural and youthful. Happy three months!

I am overjoyed to finally wear underwire bras (34DD/32DDD) and be working out normally. I'm slowly but surely learning the new rules for dressing my "enhanced" frame. My goal is to lose 3 inches from my waist so I can be a more hourglass shape. If exercise fails, Dr. Yates may be seeing me again soon. ;)
Sending hugs and healing to all!

You look fabulous! From what I can tell the size fits you perfectly! Thanks for posting! I'm just starting my search for a PS and this site has been so helpful. Thanks for taking the time to update us:)

Thank you. :) I'll try to keep updating. Good luck with your search! The surgery is worth it. :)

That bra is very cute! Where's it from? I think you look fantastic!!!
January 21, 2016
You look wonderful! How is the softness at 6 weeks po? I am scheduled for more consultations with other docs here in Utah because I was concerned by the lack of similar before measurements in Dr. Yates's before/afters, but your results are making me think I should go with my gut and schedule with him!

My breasts are as squishy or squishier than they've ever been. :) My husband is amazed at the softness ("they feel real!") and my sister said they felt softer than hers (natural). LOL! I went with silicone-- they feel and look a million times better than my MIL's saline implants. She is now looking to get her's redone by Dr. Yates.
Good luck with everything! There are a lot of great surgeons in Utah, but you can't go wrong with Dr. Y. :)

You're so sweet. :) Thanks! I'm sure yours are softening more everyday. I'm sending extra squishy healing wishes your way. ;)

Just wanted to say that your new breasts look BEAUTIFUL, especially your cleavage in the black crop top/sports bra. Really stunning and natural looking. Hope they continue to grow on you and you feel comfortable with the way they look, because really they're amazing.
February 14, 2016
Thank you! I love them although I still might've gone smaller. I should really post an update at some point. They look much more natural, they feel amazing, and the scars are barely noticeable.
You might be amused to know that I impulse booked the BA because I couldn't get onto Dr. Motykie's schedule for December (the only time my husband would be in town to help with recovery). Hehe. So it was not quite the surgery I wanted, but the surgery my husband wanted. Hopefully I can do the face stuff this year before my 35th birthday.

This may not be a question for you yet, but once soft, do the implants stay soft, or are they likely to harden after a while?
February 14, 2016
If they harden, it is due to capsular contracture. They should stay soft until I change them out. :)

PROS -
Physically, I feel great.
My nipples point slightly upward.
The top slope is increasingly natural.
I look great without clothes.
CONS -
Emotionally, I feel upset--I still feel like my breasts are too big and too wide.
Clothes that I like now make me look fat.
Shopping for clothes (not bras) has now become a nightmare. :(
Any suggestions on flattering styles and brands of tops? (Especially in Tall sizes?)

You look outstanding!!!! Do you wish you went smaller? I'm scheduled for surgery this Friday and still mulling over 360cc or 375- silicone under muscle ect- I've got a very similar build as you, very active, 5'10 137lbs 33 yrs 2 children both nursed- now a 34b but want a full C small D- modest looking. I think you look very proportionate though and worried if I go smaller (360cc) that they'll look like two softballs on my chest- because they aren't as wide as the 375cc- and such a tiny actual amount of cc's but wider for my tall frame. Any thoughts are appreciated! Again, I really think you look outstanding!!!

I am excited for you! :) My husband thinks I am being nuts. He adores them. When I am naked, I agree that they look perfect for me. Most of my pre-BA clothes fit fine. If it helps, pre-BA I wore a 34B. My BWD was 12.5. My implants were 13. I am now a 34DD/32DDD. My current weight (with implants) is 138. My weight was typically 136 pre-BA. My only issue is that I have never looked fat in clothes and now, unless certain shirts are fitted, I think I look heavy. I liked my slender, lithe build. I looked athletic. Now, I only look athletic in tank tops. You have to see my arms to tell that I am not fat. I guess I just need to invest in more revealing work out gear, but that's not really my style. Maybe in summer I will change my tune. ;)

I think your breasts look absolutely perfect! I wish my nipples looked as cute as yours! BA stretched my areolas a little and I'm not a big fan of it. :/ I can't imagine you looking fat but I kinda get what you mean... pre-BA I was always a little self-conscious of "clingy" clothing and thought a looser fit was more flattering, but now I feel more confident in form-fitting clothes because they still define the waist rather than just hanging from my boobs which now project much further than the rest of me. I feel your pain with the shopping. It seems like loose-fit tops are "in" everywhere I look and that doesn't help. I've been wearing a lot of stretchy, fashionable tanks that show some cleavage and hug the curves, with open cardigans to add a little modesty and warmth; it's kinda been my go-to look right now.

there's no way you can look fat when you're that tall and skinny! trust me... to us short people down here, you look amazing. You may feel too big but to me and everyone else, you look perfectly proportioned.

January 8, 2016
Naked you do look good so I'd try to add a picture of you with clothes on. The craziest thing is today I took pictures of myself clothes and I noticed that my shoulders looked wider and I felt like certain angles made me look bigger/heavier :( I am bigger then I initially wanted and have no clue what my bra size is Bc I'm only 3 weeks PO. I was praying that it was mostly swelling and they'd go down....but that's not the case :(

I've always had boobs of significance andv there is no question that if you wear loose clothing you can end up looking chunky. The trick is to wear something fitted, or if it is loose and going to flow off the top of your bust then hang down like a pregnancy top, make sure it's either lightweight or sheer so your waist can be ascertained. Big thick boxy tips on busty girls justv makes us look fat. That being said I really embraced going bra-less with silicone pasties under (relatively) sheer clothing after my BL. You feel sexy but can remain classy...
January 11, 2016
Thank you for the tips! I am resigned to giving away all crew neck tops and anything with horizontal stripes. And I will definitely experiment with the pasties once I finish healing. Thank you for the wisdom!

Thank you! I am prone to anxiety & depression so the prospect of post-surgical depression was the most intimidating for me. Hang in there! It shall pass.
I am so annoyed with RealSelf right now!
