Doctor Yates is the Best of the Best!
Dr. Yates is the best of the best, hands down! I’m 57, and other doctors told me that I should likely have a lift as well as an augmentation. Dr. Yates said I would probably be ok without the lift. They are perfect without the lift!!

Having a breast augmentation at 56 is one of the best choices that I've ever made. And Dr. York Yates was the very BEST! As far as I'm concerned they turned out perfect!
I'm a petite 5'2" and wanted big, but didn't want to look "matronly" I explained that to him and he suggested a size and profile. I thought that the CC size seemed small so I thought that I would go larger than his recommendation. At my final consult I decided to go w/ the sizes that he recommended and I'm SO happy that I took his advice. I could not be happier w/ the way that they look.
I also had gone to a couple other surgeons who said that I needed a lift as well. I was really hoping to avoid a lift. Dr. Yates said that I would likely be fine w/ out a lift and he was right. the lift was really unnecessary.
A couple other things that I really liked about Dr. Yates is that he has a surgical center in his office. I felt really good about that. He also doesn't use general anesthesia, so there are less risk of complications from that. The anesthesia protocol that he uses was great. My paid was minimal and I didn't get sick. I really struggle w/ nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia, but this way it was a breeze.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yates and the terrific results that I got!

Dr. Yates is about 45 minutes drive for me and there are many surgeons closer to me but it was worth going out of my way.
