31 Years Old, Breastfed 3 Children, 5'10" 145 Lbs., Ideal Implants - Layton, UT

I have always had small breasts and breastfeeding 3 kids took what volume I had and left me very flat. I have thought about having a breast augmentation for over 10 years and I am finally doing it! I debated between silicone and the Ideal Implants for some time and I finally decided to go with the Ideal Implants. I am a worrier and I worried I would stress about silicone implants rupturing.

My doctor has only placed a few so far, but he told me that he thought they felt very comparable to silicone. He said the only disadvantage is that they are more expensive, but that you are basically paying for peace of mind. If they rupture, you will know as your breast will deflate.
I am a little nervous about them deflating, but I decided that I can handle it if it happens. So far I have really liked Dr. Yates and his staff. During my pre-op appointment he and his assistant spent a lot of time making sure we have the right size I will be happy with.

I want to look very natural, and don't really want anyone to notice I've had them done. I realize this might not be possible. :) I have always been lean and athletic and I want to keep that look. We decided we would go with around 385cc. I have asymmetry so he will fill my right side a little differently than my left.

My procedure is scheduled for today! I am excited and nervous.

Surgery went well today. Dr. Yates and his staff were very kind and made me feel very comfortable during the entire experience.

I'm at home resting now. Feeling a lot of soreness. I'm not loving the narcotics and would love to get off off them asap. In too much pain now to consider it.

I have slight scoliosis and you can see that one side is higher than the other.
