ORIGINAL POST
I'm 30 years old, 5'6" and 110lbs. I am, and...
WORTH IT$5,600
I'm 30 years old, 5'6" and 110lbs. I am, and always have been with the exception of during breastfeeding, a 34AA. Actually that's a lie. I WEAR a padded 34AA and don't even begin to fill the cups. I have almost no natural breast tissue. It has always been pretty much my only issue with my body, but it has been a source of many tears while shopping, many times of turning away from the mirror or covering up after a shower so I wouldn't have to see myself as the reflection that isn't what it should be. I wear padded bras, so no one except my husband actually knows what I look like underneath.
I have been saving up money for almost 2 years with the intention of Finally getting some boobs. My husband is supportive, but was very hesitant to get on board when I decided to finally, actually get this done.
I have decided to have Dr Yates perform my surgery because he is amazing and his work shows it. He made me feel comfortable even in as uncomfortable a situation as standing half-naked in front of a stranger is.
I'm having surgery on the 15th of December to get Mentor 300cc high-profile implants. We also have ordered 275s just in case I think the 300s will be too big. I had decided on 275cc while at the office, but after I got home and thought about it for a long time I think that once I get used to it, they would be smaller than I really should have.
I'm really excited and fairly terrified at the same time.
I'll post some before pictures soon.

Hi! I just had my BA on the 4th and we are the same size. I got 275cc's high profile under the muscle too. It was the largest he could fit given my BWD. I can tell you, on someone with a small frame a little goes a long way. You can check out my review and see pictures. I went from a 34AA to 34D, and 3 weeks out they are still quite full and I haven't seen them shrinking at all. The latest pictures in the camisole are 3 weeks out. That being said, I think you just need to know whether in the end you would rather be possibly smaller than you want or larger. I'm fine with what I have....but then again I spent 51 years with nothing, so this is a big change (no pun intended!). I also don't run as much as I used to, so I don't think they will be a problem once I get back to it. Good luck with everything and if you have any questions, please reach out.

Preparations are underway...
Well, it's officially 20 days until my surgery date! I'm really excited and still pretty nervous about it all. I've started making my list for things to do before the big day and stuff I need to bring with me. I still need to buy my bras and a few more button-up shirts for my post-op. I'm booking my hotel this weekend once we figure out exactly how long we're staying.
One big thing that I still have to do it to talk to my oldest daughter about what's happening. She's almost 9 and I need to explain things to her. That's going to be interesting. My youngest might notice something's different, although she isn't really old enough to understand the details.
Anyway, thought I'd put up a few before pics. I might put some better ones up later on, we'll see.
Happy boobies, everyone!

Great pics...thanks for sharing! I'm sure you'll do fine with your almost 9 year old daughter. The key is for her to know you're fine, and not sick. She might even forget this happened when she's older. ;)

That's a very good thought. It hadn't occurred to me to make sure I tell her I'm not sick or anything. She's very smart, so I think she would have asked if it worried her, but it'll be good to put that out there right away. She does worry quite a bit about everything.. :)

My now 12 year old daughter is just starting not to "worry" so much so I can relate! Maybe a few dime store surprises or new little distractions might be nice to have on hand too! BTW, great wish boob pictures. Thanks for sharing!

Wish Pics and more planning
I thought I'd upload a few wish pics. I went back and googled some more accurate pictures than what I had stashed in my file. And a 'before' wish pic from when I was still breastfeeding my youngest. Really, that would be my ultimate wish pic.
I still feel like I have SO much to do before the 15th! Hotel will be reserved tonight, dying my hair next week sometime, packing soon, and having 'the boob talk' with my oldest.
Oh! I finally bought some sports bras for after surgery! I got a couple of Danskin ones which are super comfy and stretchy and feel very supportive, and a got a few strappy style Fruit of the Loom ones that are going to be much easier to get on, but Hubby thinks they might be too low for much support. We'll see.
And speaking of Hubby, we were talking the other night and I was feeling fairly sad and worried (pre-boobie-blues? nothing abnormal for me..) and I told him that I was worried that he wouldn't like them and I would look horrible - (he doesn't want me to get them too big, actually he'd rather I didn't do it at all, but he's supportive because he knows that it's what I really want). Then he told me that the thing that he is worried about is that I will look too good. :') Aw, hit me right in the feels! I love my man! :)
Just over 2 weeks to go! EEK!

Good luck to you! It's very exciting to finally get boobs I'm currently 3 weeks post op and love them! Just make sure that the sports bras don't have to go over your head - front close are the best ;)

I think your boobs look exactly like the wish boobs!! Yay!!! Can't wait for them to fluff and drop as it will look like white bra photos :)
So excited for you...it sounds like you've been working on this for a long time. We would love to see some wish boob pictures to get an idea of the look you are seeking. You're right, many women do get used to the size and sometimes wish they had gone larger. Feel free to join the December 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum for some pre and post op support.
