I loved my doctor, the lovely front desk hispanic young lady i made friends with, i just didn't like the lady that took me in on my consultation, she was kind of rude when i asked questions about some words i didn't know. I also didn't like the fact that when i scheduled my appointment in February and when i went in, i wasn't in the books, but there is no doubt, i loved Dr, Yates and Tania, they helped me so much and i was so nervous about my surgery and the front desk lady helped me out a lot. It was my first surgery.

Helped me out from start, even though at first it was so fast the talk but after, i had all of my questions and everything explained very well. My first consultation went really well, it was fast, i just didn't like the lady that took me in to take the pictures, she kind of sounded really rude when i asked some questions about words i had no idea what they mean. My second visit as i paid in full, they seemed more happy and more helpful with questions i asked and more specific. My surgery was yesterday and i couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He helped me out step by step, Tania and the front desk young lady calmed me down and helped me out and i thank them.
