Dr. Yates is AMAZING. From the moment I stepped into his office, the secretary who greeted me was beyond kind and welcoming. It made me feel much less nervous. The nurses who helped were amazing, kind, and helpful as well. Dr. Yates made me feel like I was his top priority when I was with him. I truly felt like I was in the best hands I could possibly be in. He was an amazing listener and really took into account what I wanted, he was patient with all my questions and concerns, he explained things in a very helpful manner and in a way that I could understand. He responded to my email PERSONALLY before I even met him. I had sent in pictures of myself, before we met in person, to see if I was a good candidate. We exchanged several emails with my questions and whatnot. He would always answer the emails himself! He would take the time to do that for me and all his patients! I thought that was incredible. Also, after the surgery, he gives you his PERSONAL cell phone number and says you can contact him anytime you need. He prefers text, which worked great for me! The few days following my surgery, I could simply text him my questions or concerns and he would respond so quickly! I was AMAZED at his kindness and him taking that time for not only me, but ALL his patients! I feel like that is incredibly rare. I can't begin to express how overwhelmingly happy I am with my results and the care I was given. :) Thank you, Dr. Yates!!
