In the middle of recovery

Overall happy with my results, just thought I'd share a picture of what my tt scar looks like 3 years later. It's widest on the edges where my tape came off first.

I never see the scars under my breast but I don't go looking for it either.

Well my tt scar is still a bit higher than most of my panties, but easily covered by jeans/pants.

Numbness on the under half of my breasts and above tt scar to belly button still exists.

I feel good I worked out consistently from Nov. to March, I went easy on my pecs though.

I gained weight up to aroung 140 over the winter, but I'm back to 132 ish now.

Where the tape peeled off first on my scar (my hips) is wider than the middle where the tape lasted the longest.

On the vertical belly button scar where the embrace was is darker than what was treated with biocornium cream (above the reach of the embrace).

Texturewise the scar is very flat and not stiff like scar tissue usually is.

My breast scars are slightly raised, they hide nicely in the fold and my partner says he doesn't notice them.

No regrets I'm so glad I did this

I've been taking a break from the embrace. Last time I took it off I was a bit hasty and not very gentle and my skin has been a bit irritated from that. I have however continued to use the scar cream provided by my plastic surgeon. I hope to finish the two remaining applications of embrace soon.

Keep waking up with a very tender spot on my right breast. Bad enough to warrant ibuprophen for pain first the in the morning. It generally goes away throughout the day. PS thinks it's a nerve issue.

Do you think the biocorneum is working better than embrace? I’m 3 weeks in a couple of days and I’m thinking of starting embrace right away but I also have the biocorneum from my doc. Not sure which one to use first.
Thanks for sharing your review!
I think the embrace helped to keep my scar thinner while the scar tissue was forming but I also think the biocornium has worked better at fading my scars.

A unique place to look would be the vertical part of my tummy tuck scar. Since the bottom half was covered by embrace and the top half I still put the biocornium. Keep in mind the embrace was put so as to hold the main scar together And not the vertical part
