What type of scar strips are those that your using? Do you wear your garment? I think that's the trick is to make sure you have a tight compression garment
I think you look wonderful! I stopped wearing my garment at 8 weeks, my PS told me i didn't need it anymore. I may start to wear it again to see if it helps.. As for scar strips I use silicone strips from scar away. Those have been working great! Good luck at your appt! :)
Yeah I'd definitely wear the garment I'm still wearing mine after 4 months not all the time but most. I've used the scar strips but the ones I use look different their square that's why I was asking.. but thank you

The swell hell is real! It's getting better but it still suxs! I've been using Maderma and bio oil on my incision and it seems to be fading pretty good.
