Nearly 6 weeks post op and feeling great. Healing really well and the swelling has gone down substantially
One week postop
Feeling really bloated and swollen today. Managing pain really well with medications. Had a little bit of a setback a couple of nights ago. Woke up having a coughing fit and split some of my internal sutures. I assume that anyway as I could feel the muscles tearing away from the stitches below my belly button. Informed my surgeon and she's told me to rest up. I'm being really strict about wearing my compression garment and doing it everything I can as per doctors orders.
This swelling in my eyes have really gone down and I'm really happy with the way they look so far.

Day 4 dressings removed
So today I had my dressings removed and I couldn't be happier. If this what the results looks like when I'm very swollen I can't wait to see what it's like around the 3 month mark. Absolutely thriller ????????????????????????
