Horrible experience. I was referred to Dr Williams for a Deviated Septum to be covered by insurance since it affected my ability to breathe. Upon waking I was told by Dr Williams that he performed more than discussed in the pre-op appointment. When I questioned this, he was rude and acted like his "extra help in fixing my profile," was doing me a favor. At home I experienced sutures coming out of right nostril only in pieces. I called his office. His staff blew me off, told me the sutures were dissolvable, to wait till 7 day cast removal. I waited. At 7 day cast removal, to my horror my nose was S-shaped, disfigured, and leaning on the left side of my face. I was horrified, in tears and when I tried to point this out to Dr Williams, he handed me a handheld mirror and asked me, " to show him the problem?!" My husband even stepped in calling his office and trying to explain that I was permantly disfigured by what Dr Williams had done to me. He blew my husband off, as did his staff. Now that my insurance was charged, he no longer cared. I never returned. I can't breathe out of one side of my nose and have had repeated sinus infections since his procedure on me. After my procedure I met two others he performed same procedure on with the same horrifyingly disfiguring results. Wish I knew!!! Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY
