Years ago, I had a full makeover done in Mexico after major weight loss that included breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction to the abdomen and flanks. I was extremely unhappy with the surgeon leaving the right breast looking significantly larger than the left. That surgeon offered to revise it for free, but I chose to instead use the awesome local surgeon I found that helped in my follow up care from those procedures and also a revision of my tummy tuck scar and hernia repair.
Additionally, in the nearly 5 years since my first plastic surgery, I had gained about 30 lbs and lost 20 of it, so my breasts had definitely stretched out and sagged again.
So the main goal of this surgery was to reduce the right side to give symmetry to the left, and to re-lift the breasts to the proper position. While I was at it, I opted to have some additional lipo to areas that grew back fat on the tummy tuck line and also some upper areas between breasts and right below breasts that were never treated previously.
I think that they are much improved, but feel that the left side is now noticeably bigger than the right, but am hoping as they settle in, maybe it will not be a big difference.
