I Had Major Reconstructive Revision Surgery. I Am Not Sure About the Result - Beverly Hills, CA

I tried not to look at my nose for the first 6 months. After that point I startet to look at detaljs. I Thought it was over projected ( wish the tip was 3 or 4 mm closer to my face). Left and right profile was not looking exactly the same.... After one year I think my tip imroved/refiend alot. Even if my nose not is perfect, it is easy to forgot wath I had to start with. I hated that nose so badly, I reminding myself about that, makes me happy. On my right side now after revision,It looks like the graft is slightly wider than the other side. After one year post up, I now see some bone irregularities in the top og the bridgr at my left side..... I asked my suregon, han he suggested filles for now, and nothing elase to do at the moment. I really don`t want to be addicted to fillers all of my life. So I hope this is possible to fix, or that I can just forget about it. It is not easely shown in pictures. But it shows good in daylight, and in candlelight (makes shadow on my nose). My surgeon says he will not take the risk to "make something good even better", and I have to wait until my nose got it`s final shape. He will evaluate my pictures in April 15. I noticed that in almost every person, the profiles can be slightly differnt, and there can be other irregularities with the nose. Mabye I fokus too much on my result, and want perfection. person Well, here are my close up pictures one year after revision. Sadly I do not have any close ups from befor my revision. But I assure you, my nose has been narrowed alot! I hope the quality of the pictures are good enought.

I had a rhinoplasty 20 years ago. It made my nose over scooped, with a even more boulbos tip. Over the years I developed devidated septum, open roof deformity/inteverted v-deformity. I had revision surgery one year ago. My Dr says the tip is still swelling, and it will continue to drink and refine more. I think the nose is too big for my face, and want the tip deprojected/closer to my face. The Dr. says it looks pretty good, but he will evaluete after another six months. I hopes it shrinks! I don't like the profile when I smile. The single is strange, and the tip to sharp and prominent. Just have to wait and see how it will look in it'isfiskeløyper form. After all I think my nose is improved.
