September 13th 2019 Update - Using Candela Picoway

Because of the large scale of the tattoo my team have been attacking it in 3 chunks. Shoulder, Outer arm & inner arm. Every 30 days I laser one chunk at a time so it takes 90 days to completely laser the whole tattoo. I have been using this machine since December 2017 so it’s been 20 months using the Candela Picoway machine. So far we have completed 6 sessions (side & underarm) & 7 sessions on the shoulder piece. In 2 weeks time I go back for the underarm which would bring that upto 7 sessions.
The machine was serviced 3 months ago and the laser beam is stronger so we have had to reduce Speed, laser spot size and intensity. The last session on the shoulder included; Speed of 5-8, Laser spot size of 2 mm, and intensity was at 3. I am being treated by a team of doctors so every session we analysis how the skin reacts to work out which is the best setting.
In terms of recovery it takes 4 days for swelling to go down and about 6 days for redness to go. I haven’t blistered since about session 3 as my skin has adapted. From days 6 till 10 it becomes itchy but I use Antihistamines to avoid touching area. I avoid any sun light post treatment and I use Aloe Vera Gel initially, then switch to Egyptian Magic Ointment and Bepanthan Antiseptic Cream after 24 hours from being lasered and protect it all all times with breathable light fabric clothing. After 7-10 days I get back into exercise; Hiking, Running, Infra Red Sauna, Weight training, Hot Yoga & Reformer Pilates. My lifestyle and diet is; Vegan, Lots of Green Juices/Immunity shots & tonics, Raw foods, No Fap, Cold Shower therapy/ Cryotherapy, Fasting & a Fucking Positive Attitude.
Preparation and recovery are super important and I am methodical with this.
If I have missed anything or anyone has any questions please message me as I am wanting to help anyone during their journey for complete removals. I am open to also do Skype interviews for anyone who needs extra support as I once did during the beginning of my journey.
Thank you for all the support and love and please keep it coming! :-)
P.s. Any negative comments will be reported and blocked immediately (Doctors included)
Peace and Love xx

Doctors, Nurses, Laser Technicians, fellow laser sufferers... PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi everyone!! its been 10 months since I last commented on this post with my sadness and regret at the design the tattoo artist has made for me. Its been the roughest 10 months of my life, everyday I look at my tattoo and find it hard not stressing over it.
With everyones help and guidance I would like to ask some key questions! Any doctors, nurses, laser technicians or people that have had success with lasering PLEASE PLEASE help me. My first question is what is the best current laser machine to use on Dense black Ink? Currently I am using the QS affirnity by cynosure, but I have also heard the Medlite C6 is good? what about Picosure? I am wanting full removal of the entire 3/4 sleeve and don't want any scarring or ghosting but I have heard with the Q-switched machine ghosting is more common as it produces heat to dissipate the ink rather then pressure in the way that Picosure produces it. What is my best Option to have complete removal without any scarring and ghosting?? I am prepared to pay anything.. take as long as I need and make this my number one priority in life to keep my alive and come back from redemption. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me ANYONE!!! Love and kindness to everyone out there doing it tough also! [RS bleep] P.s. I have received 4 laser treatements with the QS Affirnity laser on elbow ditch area and seeing improvement with it. Also on another positive note the ink has lessened alot from when I originally got the tattoo as it was extremely dark and now its becoming duller naturally and losing its blackness which is another good sign for me. just wanted to share these two points.
