I cannot express my un-ending gratitude to Dr. Shanthala. I went to see her to address acne scarring and uneven skin tone. Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to the ultraclear laser (which was no fault of Dr. Shanthala - just my unfortunate genetics) and I thought I would never recover. But Dr. Shanthala could not have treated me better - she met with me so often and was just as invested in my recovery as I was. She was not only my doctor but also my friend during this very tough time for me. She never gave up. Within about 1month, my post hyperpigmentation had gone done about 90% and I truly believe this was due to her vigilance in my care. I trust her enough with my skin to continue trying address my issues with her. Honestly, she is the best!!!! Also, another thing I love about Dr. Shanthala is that she is very transparent - you will notice that all of her before and after photos aim to have the same lighting so that any improvements are not just due to optical tricks...I think this is a sign of a great doctor to address your aesthetic needs.
