The staff at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery are really unprofessional. I had a consult about laser resurfacing with a Brooke, which went well. This was on a Wednesday. Brooke said a patient scheduling coordinator would be calling by Friday to set up a time for the procedure. I heard nothing until the next Wednesday. I called and was told that the patient coordinator would call by that Friday. I heard nothing. Finally, the next Thursday (two weeks after I was told Brooke's assistant would be calling me) the scheduler called and said "she had been on vacation". No apology. You lost $3,086 worth of business. What if I'd gone ahead with the procedure and had a complication? Would it have taken 2 weeks to get a callback.

First off, I would like to apologize for what you experienced at our office. We are trying to make some sense of this situation to find out where we failed and how to prevent it in the future. What you describe is not our typical protocol for scheduling patients for treatments after a consultation. I would truly appreciate it if you would call the office at 303.278.2600 and speak to either Quddus or Kara (both managers) so we can figure this out.

Instead of me doing your job, why don't you do *your* job and call "Quddus" and "Kara" yourself and figure out what happened.
