Office review: shady business practices

Shady Business Practices
Booked consultation online for laser treatment. AT NO POINT was there a fee of $50 mentioned during the 4 step process required to book an appointment. The confirmation email also made no mention of any fee.
When I get to the office, they took my credit card and charged me $50. When I asked them to refund that fee for not alerting me of it up front, they literally said "well, there is no statement of a free consultation..."
Except that... there is. On their website as you can see in the image I uploaded.
"Q: Do you offer a free consultation?
A: Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all of our cosmetic services and would love to answer any questions you might have!"
Interesting, when I was walking out of the office there was a woman on the front desk's phone arguing with someone about "paying only for the fees that were advertised..."
Scammy behavior. I won't be a client and caution anyone else from considering them or Dr. Devika Icecreamwala's practice.
