Sooo Relaxxxing!
I had such a lovely experience at Icecreamwala Dermatology. The team is so kind and the office is unlike any other place that I've been. I was a bit anxious about a procedure that had to get done but the team kept me at ease. Gibran was so friendly to talk to and Min Jee even handed me a book to read. I ended up staying there to talk to them after my appointment which I would never do at another doctor's office.
Office review: shady business practices
Booked consultation online for laser treatment. AT NO POINT was there a fee of $50 mentioned during the 4 step process required to book an appointment. The confirmation email also made no mention of any fee.

When I get to the office, they took my credit card and charged me $50. When I asked them to refund that fee for not alerting me of it up front, they literally said "well, there is no statement of a free consultation..."

Except that... there is. On
