Looking for someone who’s smart, caring, honest and EXTREMELY well educated in her field? Then you need to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shanthala Shivananjappa. I’ve been dealing with acne scarring most of my life. I’m 70 and have been to many different doctors, having many different procedures performed, with little to no results. Then I met Dr. Shanthala. Never have I met a doctor who actually takes the time (2 to 3 hours) to discuss your concerns and then discuss the procedures she thinks would be best to suit your desired outcome.
During my initial consult, Dr. Shanthala went over the procedures she thought would best give me the results I was looking for. We decided on UltraClear Laser Coring.
After just 2 treatments I was shocked at the results. My scars are less noticeable and my overall skin condition is firmer and smoother. The procedure itself was pain free, with the help of a numbing cream, and recovery was 4-5 days before I would go out in public.
