It was my first time trying any kind of laser skin resurfacing! I have some acne scars and hyperpigmentation I was looking to treat. Azita took the time to explain in detail what she was doing, step by step. She also gave very good instruction for aftercare and provided me products to help my skin heal. The first hour, my skin was very red and a little swollen. My face felt really hot but it wasn't terribly uncomfortable. After the first hour and a half, the swelling and heat went down. The next day, my skin was slightly splotchy and red but no discomfort. Skin was really dry, I reapplied tons of moisturizer and SPF through the day. By day 4, I was already seeing results. The first session alone definitely muted a lot of the acne scarring and even though my skin was still dry, I was feeling radiant. Azita advised me it could take up to 3 sessions to see the best results. I can't wait for session 2! :)
