Thank you Dr. Groff for your wonderful work - took 10 years off of my face, neck, chest, arms and hands

I'm 61 years old. I got laser surgery on my face, neck, chest arms and hands. I also am a registered nurse in the biggest health care system in San Diego Calif. I tell you this because I am totally observed the facility at Cosmetic laser Dermatology is very high tech, sterile, they use PPE their emergency medical equipment is up to date and they use Covid precautions.

Thank you Dr. Groff. I got the take 10 procedure which took 10 years off of my face, neck chest arms and hands. I look just beautiful. I researched Dr. Groff, and he is at the top and best in his work in San Diego county. He has a great bedside manor. He has been very patient and good with me in answering all of my questions. He is also very good to his staff. His staff is very happy which turns around and his staff reflects his kindness onto me. He assigned a teaching nurse Phyllis to prep me on the surgery.

She called 3 times for teaching and 3-4 follow up calls. Phyllis made me totally ready to go in for this procedure. The nurses in the the procedure room Carrie, Lindsey, Layne, and Kendall were highly skilled and comfortable in the positive atmosphere that Dr. Groff creates for staff and pts alike. I have taken care of a lot of people in my life, this time it is for me. I picked the right Dr. to help me with this. Thank you Dr. Groff made it such a wonderful positive experience. RO.
