Unprofessional Customer Service

I flew from a different State and I was very excited to get a treatment done with them but once I arrived they told me I was not a candidate for that specific treatment. I proceeded to go for something else but they did not explain to me the process not ask me what I was looking to accomplish or what my concerns were. Everything was just so quick in and out without any care or concern for their clients!
Furthermore, when I asked for a refund for the unuse amount they ignored me and I have not heard from any of them. Kelly the sales person was very nice at the beginning and quick to take my purchase but is now ignoring me because I am asking for my money back that I have not used. She had me email a gmail account which is weird. As a business they should have a business email, I feel.
If they are money hungry and they want to ignore me for $400 it just shows what kind of business they are!
Never ever will I make a mistake like that. I’ll make sure to pay attention to the reviews next time!!! Smh
