Day 1 post op , I have a lot of leakage and I'm changing my dressings every few hours because they are getting soaked.... yesterday I was trying to sleep as much as possible bcuz the pain meds I was prescribed didn't seem to help....

So this is my second day I’ve been sleeping a lot but my stomach muscles make it so hard to move in bed or sit up or bend over ,.. but at least the blood leakage has stopped so maybe I can shower now ,.. I’m seeing the swelling has been going down too I’m posting pics from the day of surgery to - today so u can see my swelling progress

I’m not taking my pain meds anymore my stomach muscles just feel sore but I can move around a lot easier and my swelling is definitely going down I showered finally last night after my incisions closed up

Thanks ! I was told 1 week for the one they give u after surgery then wear a faja for 6 weeks
