Day 1 post op , I have a lot of leakage and I'm changing my dressings every few hours because they are getting soaked.... yesterday I was trying to sleep as much as possible bcuz the pain meds I was prescribed didn't seem to help.... Updated on 22 Jul 2020: So this is my second day I’ve been sleeping a lot but my stomach muscles make it so hard to move in bed or sit up or bend over ,.. but at least the blood leakage has stopped so maybe I can shower now ,.. I’m seeing the swelling has been going down too I’m posting pics from the day of surgery to - today so u can see my swelling progress Updated on 23 Jul 2020: I’m not taking my pain meds anymore my stomach muscles just feel sore but I can move around a lot easier and my swelling is definitely going down I showered finally last night after my incisions closed up Updated on 29 Jul 2020: So I’m at 1 week post op my pain and discomfort is almost completely gone I’m back in the gym so I can maintain ,... I was told I still have a lot of swelling so I’m hoping my stomach will end up more snatched .... however it’s a huge difference they removed 3 pounds of fat from my stomach so even tho it doesn’t look like it there is a lot of fat that is gone ... I used to have my stomach hang over now that’s gone ... I am wearing a faja now for 12 hours a day for 6-8 weeks check out snatchbans.com for some bomb fajas... also I pull my pants down so u can see how the dr didn’t touch my hips or butt and allowed me to keep my shape Updated on 3 Aug 2020: Two weeks post op I’m no longer numb but now I’m sooo itchy I’m using the arnica creme to help .. I only need to wear my faja for 12 hours a day but I generally just wear it all day and all night and I skip the 8 hours for work because I work in law Enforcement so it’s uncomfortable my stomach no longer protrudes out and I don’t have to suck in my stomach when I wear dresses , in my pics I’m a lil bloated but even bloated my waist is snatched hopefully in 2 weeks all my swelling will be gone Updated on 12 Aug 2020: This week my healing has been 10 fold .. my scabs have finally fallen off my stomach felt really really tight like a rubber band I’m noticing that I’m bloated a lot but there’s no fat on my stomach and I can eat whatever the hell I want now and still look cute in a crop top Updated on 17 Aug 2020: Lemme tell y’all ... this has changed my life .. I can wear crop tops without sucking in my stomach I can wear tight clothes I feel so free and it’s definitely encouraged me to hit the gym harder ... don’t hesistate act now! I was feeling miserable and felt uncomfortable about going in public. I have felt like this for so many years, until I saw the commercial for Sono Bello. I had been contemplating liposuction on my thighs for years. I tried everything to get rid of my “trouble areas “ with very diligent diet and exercise. I even hired a personal trainer, got in the best shape of my life and reached my ideal weight, but I couldn’t shed the stubborn bulges on my outer thighs. I saw an advertisement for Sono Bello and saw how they use local anesthetic rather than going under general anesthesia. This was very important to me. I also liked learning about their laser assisted technique that is thought to stimulate collagen production and therefore tighten the skin. I went for a consultation and was able to hear the liposuction experience of the consultant and see her before and after photos. I was so impressed with how natural her results looked. I knew this was the right place for me! I was able to get in for the procedure very quickly and had a wonderful experience with the staff. They clearly explained what to expect and what I needed to do for optimum comfort, recovery and results. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and the staff at Sono Bello in Bellevue. I know I couldn’t have achieved these results on my own and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. It was worth it!!

Terrific, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The nurses are great and the doctor definitely gave me confidence in the procedure itself. The office folks were also so professional and helpful. The staff at Sonobello in Bellevue were amazing. They made it so easy for me to come there from my home in Canada. All the staff I came in contact with answered all my questions and made me feel like I was their only client! I truly felt well cared for.
My consultant, Kendal, was amazing. She listened to me cry and sent me home smiling. She shared her story with me and made me feel less anxious. I've had an extremely hard time with my midsection. I felt awful buying clothes just to hide my gooey muffin top. I always felt frumpy. I just wanted to be able to put something on and feel like I look great. Dr. Sobrino did my procedure. He was very informative as to what he could do for me and the outcome I should expect. His nurse, Jess, made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Just a week ago now I had my surgery with Dr. Sobrino, and all I can say is wow! I truly had the best experience, I was very nervous and tense and he talked to me the entire time and spent quite a while answering all of my questions and concerns. He made sure I was calm and comfortable before anything else. For the last three years now I have stuck to my low-carb and no sugar diet and worked out every day, sometimes even twice a day and I have stayed the same exact weight for the last three years. It had really lowered my self esteem and I just hated to look at myself, I felt gross and when I would go on cool and fancy trips I was always the one taking the photos, never in them because I hated how I looked. While I know we are always our biggest critics of ourselves I realized that their was something I could do about this. For about a year I did research and finally found Sono Bello. I was immediately welcomed into the clinic by Sarah, who is truly a delight. I love walking into a place and seeing a warm and comforting smile! It's been a long road to making this decision and Sono Bello made it easy for me to say YES! Let's do this! I still can't believe that just a week ago I had liposuction, I had fat removed from my hips, waist, abdomen and back. Let me tell you, I am so glad that I did. The people at Sono Bello were very caring people. From my first consultation, through my procedure and through my post-op follow-up, the staff were there at every step. They answered all my questions, and kept me informed of what to expect. There were no surprises, except how much better I looked and felt about myself. The procedure was not traumatic and the followup care was managable. My surgeon was not only qualified and competent, he had a great beside manner. The office staff were kind and supportive and answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy. The medical staff members were especially patient and caring. They kept me at ease at every step. I would go back for more treatment except now I don't need anything! The results exceeded my expectations.
Amazing experience!! When I first went in the staff made me feel very comfortable about the procedure I wanted done, and I was confident in them.(I’ve been to other places to talk)... The day of procedure I was freaking out a little but my nurse Sarah was awesome! The procedure was quick and painless. I’m 3 days in and am very happy with the results.
