Wonderful doctor but disappointed - look at my giant belly every day and am sad

Dr Cohen was awesome, could not have been better! Would I do it over again? Probably not. I’ve had a lower tummy protrusion my entire life but due to a $500 non- refundable deposit, I ended up getting my flanks and hips done instead. I wanted to back out but didn’t want to lose deposit and the tummy would have cost much more. My flanks are literally the LAST place I gain weight on my body and I didn’t seek lipo for this area. Hips sure I guess but I will also say that the weight immediately went to a protruding rear and a fat pad on upper butt. Not in a year. Not in six months- immediately. I lost not one single pound, in fact I gained, despite efforts. The immediate before and after pics are something however lighting and angles must be considered. I look at my giant belly every day and am sad. I have little lipo scars for nothing. I have large boobs and a big stomach so still have to wear, actually I have to MAKE my own large shirts still. Disappointed, mad at myself.
